Welcome to the Trans+ Learning Lab
Il Trans+ Learning Lab is an international coalition for the cultural and educational empowerment of all trans, non-binary and intersex people.
It is a community of practice which is trans+-led but also welcomes allies, educators, human rights advocates and researchers from all walks of life to pursue one overarching goal: a better educational and life outcome for trans and gender-diverse people where they need it most.
The Learning Lab articulates over three themes: education, cultural empowerment and social research.

Our Mission
The Trans+ Learning Lab exists for the global cultural empowerment and literacy advancement of trans, gender diverse, non-binary and intersex folks. It is trans-led and fosters and connects intersectional communities of practice with mentors, educators, entrepreneurial incubators and other tools to create a world in which every gender-non conforming person has a chance to live, grow, learn, earn, and tell their story their way. It adopts a global outlook but is led by local values and needs.
